Three steps, and you are there for all of them.
We look.
Our technician walks the house with you: baseboards, attic hatch, roof line, the yard. The inspection is free, and you get a plain answer in English or Spanish, including when it is "nothing yet".
We treat.
Targeted to what was actually found. Bait where baiting works and spraying would make it worse, barrier where a barrier holds, exclusion where the hole is the real problem.
We follow up.

Mayra answers the phone, schedules the visit and follows up, in Spanish or English. Our technicians handle the pest control visits, and Raul personally takes on every termite tenting job.

Every day, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday included. Most pest control companies in South Dade close on Sunday. We do not.
A family company, so it is someone whose name we can tell you in advance. Raul Echevarria Sr., 46 years in the trade, handles tenting estimates. Jake Echevarria does the termite inspections. Our own technicians cover the routine visits. You will not be handed off to a call center.
