The Echevarrias
Two owners. One phone number.
Florida Quality Pest Control & Fumigation is owned and run by Raul and Mayra Echevarria. He personally handles the termite tenting jobs, she runs the schedule, and the technicians who visit your house learned the trade from him.

Raul Echevarria Sr. · President
Forty-six years, most of them in South Dade attics.
Raul has been in the pest control trade for 46 years. These days he takes on the termite tenting jobs personally: the inspection, sealing the house, and telling you in plain English or Spanish exactly what has to happen before and after.
He incorporated Florida Quality PC Inc. in Cutler Bay in 2017, after decades of doing this work for other people.

Mayra Echevarria · Vice President
The voice on the phone is an owner.
Mayra answers the phone, books the visit, confirms it and follows up, in Spanish or English. When you call (305) 677-3888 during business hours, you are talking to someone who can actually decide something.
Cutler Bay is a majority-Hispanic community, and being able to explain a termite treatment properly in Spanish is not a marketing line here. It is the job.
Our word
We are not happy until you are.
That sentence is theirs, not ours. It is how Raul and Mayra have described their own work for years. In practice, it means fumigation for termites carries a one-year warranty, and if something is not working, you call and someone comes back to look at it.
