Florida Quality Pest Control is Raul and Mayra Echevarria. He does the inspections, she runs the schedule, and there is nobody in between.

Raul has been in the pest control trade for 46 years. He does the inspections himself (the attic hatch, the roof line, the baseboards, the yard) and he tells you what he found in plain English or Spanish, including when the answer is that you do not have a problem yet.
He incorporated Florida Quality PC Inc. in Cutler Bay in 2017, after decades of doing this work for other people.

Cutler Bay is a majority-Hispanic community, and being able to explain a termite treatment properly in Spanish is not a marketing line here. It is the job.
