Service 06, WDO inspection
The report the closing asks for.
A wood-destroying organism inspection is a written report, not a sales call. Jake Echevarria inspects the structure and the report says what was found and what was not. Sundays are set aside for these.

What you will see
Usually nothing, because the person asking for it is a lender, a buyer, a seller or a closing agent rather than someone who has seen an insect. It is a condition of the sale or the refinance, on a deadline.
What it means
A WDO inspection covers termites, wood-boring beetles and wood-decaying fungi, in the visible and accessible parts of the structure. It reports evidence of past treatment as well as live activity, which is why a clean house can still produce a report with findings on it.
What we do
Jake inspects the structure, usually in about an hour, and the written report follows. If the report finds active infestation, the treatment options are a separate conversation and a separate quote.
Straight answers
What people ask us about this.
No. The free inspection is for a pest problem you have noticed, and there is nothing to sign afterwards. A WDO inspection produces the written report a lender or a closing agent asks for, and it is a paid job.
About an hour at the house. We book them seven days a week, and Sunday is set aside for WDO inspections specifically.
A day, normally. Closings move, so if the deadline is tighter than that, call Mayra rather than booking online and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
The report says what is there. Treating it is a separate decision and a separate quote, and you are free to take that quote anywhere.
